Dental Extraction followed by Dental Bridge.

Patient visited the clinic complaining of fowardly placed and mobile teeth with upper centrals and lateral incisor teeth. On clinical examination, the upper and lower teeth were mobile and had severe calculus deposition in the lower anterior teeth.

OPG xray revealed severe bone loss in the upper as well as lower anterior teeth.  However, the patient was not willing to replace the lower teeth due to financial constraints.

So we started only with maxillary teeth rehabilitation. Upper Central and Lateral incisors were extracted. Crown preparation with Upper Right and Upper Left Canine and First Premolar was done. Temporary bridge was given for the sockets to heal.

After 1 month the permanent PFM (Porcelian fused to metal) bridge was placed, considering patients expectations and finances.
